RCRS Innovations Limited (RCRSIL) is a leading lithium battery and solar panel manufacturer, and is a major player in India’s fast-growing clean energy storage industry.
We manufacture Li-ion Battery Packs and battery energy storage systems (BESS) under the brand EXEGI. Our batteries meet or exceed the highest industry benchmarks for safety, performance, shelf life, and maintenance costs. Today, RCRSIL is India’s largest supplier of lithium battery packs for solar lighting applications. Our battery energy storage systems are used for various residential, commercial, industrial and utility applications.
We also manufacture solar PV modules with monocrystalline and polycrystalline technologies. Our two manufacturing facilities in Delhi-NCR region are spread over 50,000 sq ft and feature state-of-the-art technologies and testing equipment.

Overview of Manufacturing Facilities
All our lithium batteries and solar panels are proudly manufactured in India in two state-of-the-art facilities located in the Delhi-NCR region, covering a total area in excess of 50,000 sq ft. Further, with sustainability at the forefront of everything we do, our manufacturing utilities are designed to minimize power consumption.
Our Noida facility is dedicated to the production of EXEGI batteries and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The facility employs cutting-edge testing and production machinery sourced directly from the USA, Japan, and China. It also employs cutting-edge energy recycling, where all energy dissipated from cells during the testing phase is stored and then reused to charge the next batch of cells.
RCRSIL’s Noida facility also houses our dedicated R&D team as part of our commitment towards continuous improvement. Our technical team can design and manufacture highly customised battery solutions for various applications.
Our solar panels are manufactured in a separate unit Sahibabad, part of the National Capital Region. This facility is equipped with fully-automated PV module sorting machines, premium AAA sun simulator equipment, and automated high-speed stringers to guarantee maximum efficiency and performance.
Quality Standards
Quality is the cornerstone of RCRSIL manufacturing process. Our manufacturing facilities have implemented a Quality Management System in conformance with ISO 9001:2015. The quality journey at RCRSIL begins with sourcing of top quality raw materials that are BIS approved and NABL accredited.
Lithium-ion battery integration requires a special set of skills and expertise to optimize battery performance and durability. As part of our manufacturing process, every single battery is tested by dedicated quality control engineers at multiple levels before it ships out of the factory. The facility employs proprietary techniques to manufacture batteries with the lowest possible energy loss, along with optimized thermal management for longer battery operational life.
We use advanced and fully automated cell sorting machines to group cells of similar voltage and capacity before using them for our batteries. This process further ensures maximum safety and long battery life. We also check every single Battery Management System (BMS) using specialised testing equipment before installation, further ensuring maximum safety and maximum battery output.
