Mr. Aayush Goyal is a young and dynamic entrepreneur. He has completed his B.com (hons) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University and MBA from NMIMS. He is associated with the Company since incorporation as promoter and director of the Company. He is young tech enthusiast with an urge to constantly learn and inquisitive about the upcoming technology. He started EXEGI in 2019 with a vision to implement sustainable development by all means. With his strong marketing strategy and dynamic approach EXEGI is one of the most fastest growing and reputed brands in the industry.

Ms. Sarita Goyal

Non-Executive Director

Ms. Sarita Goyal is promotor and non-executive director of the Company since inception. She has completed her graduation from Manav Bharti University. She has experience of 10 years in Management & administration. She provides an valuable and expert knowledge in developing a clear mission and focus to the Company. She focuses on effective communication strategies and employees welfare. She provides her guidance on administrative support to the office so as to keep everything running as smooth as possible.

Ms. Tannu

Independent Director

Ms. Tannu Shangle has a 20 years of work experience. She embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in 1998 and currently manages Nivesh Angels, a wealth management organization. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), recognized by both FPSB USA and FPSB India, and holds an advanced certification in International Wealth Management from Moody’s Analytics. An AMFI-certified Mutual Fund Distributor, she is also certified in Rebalancing Volatility, demonstrating her expertise in navigating market dynamics.

Mr. Sagar Saxena

Independent Director

Mr. Sagar Saxena was appointed in the Company as an Independent Director on 06/11/2023. Mr. Sagar Saxena is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2015 having post qualification experience of 9 years and has an expertise in Secretarial Matters, Corporate Laws, FEMA, Intellectual Property Rights and Finance function. He holds a Masters degree in Commerce and has also done Diploma in Internal Audit.
