Mr. Aayush Goyal is a young entrepreneur which only 23 years of age. He has completed his B.com (hons) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University and MBA from NMIMS. He is associated with the Company since incorporation as promoter and director of the Company. He is young tech enthusiast with an urge to constantly learn and inquisitive about the upcoming technology. He started EXEGI in 2019 with a vision to implement sustainable development by all means. With his strong marketing strategy and dynamic approach EXEGI is one of the most fastest growing and reputed brands in the industry.
Mr. Ravi Prakash Goyal–Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ravi Prakash Goyal is Promotor and CFO of the Company. He has done his Masters in Commerce from Mahtama Gandhi University. Having more than 3 decades of business experience he guides the team to move forward in right directions. With his valuable experience and dynamism company aims to set benchmark in the industry. He is responsible for overall control of finance and is instrumental in make strategic decisions of the Company.His leadership abilities have been instrumental in leading the core team of our Company.
Ms. Renu–Company Secretary
An efficient and competent Company Secretary with an experience of more than 7 years and has an ability to ensure that a Company complies and operates in accordance to the statutory and regulatory requirements. Experience in conducting Board and Annual General Meetings of Listed Companies and acts as a single point of communication between the Management and stakeholders. She is appointed in the Company w.e.f 13/12/2023.
